     Bob is one of the few IACP/NHTSA Certified Field Sobriety Instructors in the State of Virginia.  That means Bob is qualified to teach the class your police officer took on field sobriety testing.  Bob thinks that knowing more about the roadside coordination tests than the police can be very helpful to his clients.

     Bob has  also completed the DOT Certified Breath Technician course in the Intoxilyzer 5000 and owns three of those gadgets.  Bob discovered that the Harrisonburg Intoxilzyer 5000 reported a .60 bac in a subject who had no alcohol in her system. 

    Bob has written articles on the new breath tester, the EC/IR II that Virginia is adopting and is the  co-author of a book on DWI/ DUI defense in Virginia.  Bob is also a member of the National College for the DUI Defense.
